How does it all work ?

I find that if you know what to expect, usually, everyone is more comfortable with the process.  The ordering process is simple.

STEP 1: You've made contact or would like to chat about a product or service. Best by email then you can tell me important information I may need to know in regard to an enquiry for reply back to your email for a FREE electronic proof (picture of your flag design).

STEP 2: Approve or Disapprove proof and email any adjustments to be made. I'm happy to do 3 free changes, then I may have to start charging if you can't make up your mind.

STEP 3: With final approval, email billing and shipping information

STEP 4: Upon receipt of the invoice make payment of a minimum of 50% via Direct Deposit or another approved payment method.

STEP 5: Once payment is made your order goes into production

STEP 6: Once your order is ready, It's packed and prepared to ship, usually byAustralia post, where it is Insured and a tracking number issued. I email you the tracking number, so you may prepare the balance of payment, usually the remaining 50% and typically as your final payment is being made via the banking system, your order is arriving via the Postal System.
