In these unprecedented times,nearly all my suppliers require payment with order for raw materials, and only a handful will accept payment C.O.D. Regrettably, I must adjust my requirements from the customers to facilitate this "Supply chain" reality, as I'm simply not a bank. The GFC and Covid 19 has added time to the process, either through inadequate ability to utilise Shipping companies with their deliveries or simply through additional handling and quarantining time....now part of the norm.
All Orders require a 50% "Commencement" deposit, with the balance payable prior to delivery. An exception is where a contract exists.
All Accounts are due and payable according to the terms offered.
Commencement
Orders process into the system after receipt of your purchase order, final artwork, delivery details & deposit if required. Alterations to orders commenced, will incur a $ 50.00 fee. Cancellation of orders incurs costs completed up until that moment. Customers will be advised promptly within 24 hours, of total costs at the time of cancellation.
GST & Quotation Validity
All quotations are subject to GST unless otherwise stated and may be exempt - GNR and will be clearly stated on your quotation,
which is valid for a total of 30 days.
Finishing & Delivery
Sewing, hemming, pockets, cords, rods, tabs, etc., are general requirements on most articles. Designers and designs need to contain provision for those elements, as they require extra bleeds, boarders, crop marks, etc. Imaged articles when folded to make a pocket may clash with a differing colour on the opposite side. All fabric shrinks a minimum of 5% + during manufacture and should be calculated as part of your overall design. Due to the nature of this industry, numbers, colours and styles vary greatly. Designs need to be for the final placement of the image, which effects the look of the article. Variations to your order, may change the cost & delivery time. Delivery is additional, unless stated otherwise on your quotes, and although I exercise all reasonable care arranging shipping, costs incurred are invoiced to the client accordingly. You may at any time arrange your own delivery.
Delivery is 7 - 30 days depending on volume, seasonal pressures and Public Holidays, (world disasters, including Pandemics)
Liability on copyright infringements on Artwork supplied to us, lies with the customer who supplied the artwork and not with me / us.
Artwork Remains my Graphic Intellectual Property, and may not be reproduced in part or full without my express permission or until paid for in full.
Risk In all goods supplied, ceases upon delivery by transport carriers, where it leaves our hands and insured until it's in yours.
Title In all goods passes upon full settlement of your account, until then all goods remain my property.
Disputes will only be accepted in writing addressed to myself within 21 days of invoice date and emailed to [email protected]

International
Pack&Ship_10 Courier International (depends on weight) $ 100 - 300.00 approx.
All international deliveries are "Duties and Taxes payable upon entry to your Country.
Pack&Ship_11 Customer Collects or arranges delivery - no charge
Artwork requirements and charges
SETUP includes the opening and checking of your file, confirming it has the corresponding PMS colours, CMYK percentages, and or matches the intended usage. If Digital printing is required, calibration of the printers is required for every single unique design.
(Provision of an A4 size sample, in full colour, for visual approval may be requested to verify colours, especially on fabric. Cost is $ 75.00 each unique design).
